Are you insured?

Yes—fully insured. Our professional crews are trained for ladder safety, GFCI use, and managing electrical load limits.

What if a bulb goes out or something looks off?

Season‑long maintenance is included. Text us a photo and we’ll schedule a quick fix (24-48 hours) —no extra charge.

How long does installation take?

Most standard installs take 1–3 hours, depending on roofline length, stories, and add‑ons like trees, garland, or stakes. Our goal is to be as fast and safe as possible. Take downs are normally an hour depending on the same parameters.

Can I choose colors or custom patterns?

Absolutely. We offer three packages & custom add ons like ground stakes, tree wraps and more.
